MILAN - José Mourinho analysed his team's Champions League defeat to Panathinaikos in a series of post-match interviews.

"They were more focused," admitted the Inter coach. "We had zero concentration, from myself to the last player. I'm angry with myself and with everybody, but I'm not angry with the choices I made.
Panathinaikos deserve the victory, and I'm the first person to blame.
"They came here to defend and didn't have many chances. They were very dangerous from dead-ball situations and we spoke about this in the dressing room. Their goal came from a dead-ball situation. Julio Cesar made a great save, we were careless and they pounced."

Mourinho explained his decision to replace Muntari with Quaresma at the start of the second half. He said: "They were very compact in defence. Nilsson is a full-back who was almost playing as a central defender. I wanted to open up play and exploit the spaces in the middle.
"We didn't play at our level tonight. We have qualified because we can say that our group was a bit strange in terms of the results and the standings, but if you ask me what Inter lack in order to have a Champions League mentality, I say it's a big match against a great team, with great pressure.

I think Inter have the same chance of winning the Champions League and getting knocked out in the round of sixteen, but we certainly can't play like we did against Panathinaikos.
"The fans can stay calm. We will go to Bremen to win, and whether we win or lose they have to know that this is a serious group of very serious and very professional football players who love this club."
